Peanut Butter Company-Katipunan

As a kid, I've always loved peanut butter. I'm one of those who would actually eat peanut butter from the jar. It's so addicting that once you've started digging in, it's just so hard to stop. Right? :)

But it's been years since I last did that and visiting Peanut Butter Company made me remember those times again.

The place was simple and neat with bright lights and white chairs. During our visit, most of the customers were students probably doing some projects with their laptops.

A small shelf could be found in the corner where all their peanut butter creations were displayed.

They have this big menu board just above the counters making it easier to view their food choices.

First, we got ourselves their famous BBQ Wings (P165)

The wings were coated in a sweet barbecue sauce that tasted similar to McDonald's barbecue dip for their chicken nuggets.  I love how rich the sauce was and the drizzles of peanut butter helped to enhance the flavors of the wings.

Instead of trying out their Peanut butter sandwiches, we went for their PB Burger (P185) which we were very curious about.

Sesame buns were used with fresh lettuce and tomatoes.

Aside from the slightly toasted buns, the black sesame on the peanut butter added crunchiness in every bite. Plus, it also gave a delicious and nutty aroma to the burger.

I am not much of a burger eater but I loved this one. The burger patty was thick yet it was so soft and tender. The taste of the burger patty wasn't too beefy in flavor making you appreciate the black sesame peanut butter more without overpowering the burger itself.

I so loved the burger that I ordered another one for take-out. I just had to let my sister and father try it out. My sister loved it but my dad wasn't that impressed.

Ordered Root Beer (P40) to go with the burger
Next to try was their pasta. Good thing they also offer half orders allowing us to try 2 of their pasta creations.

Fish Diablo Pasta (P105)

This was something I was looking forward in trying cause I was very interested on how it would taste like.

I like spicy food and this one was really spicy. It was spicy that all I can taste was the spiciness of the dish and everything else tasted bland. I could taste a subtle peanut butter flavor but I guess the chili peanut butter burnt my tongue already. Haha! :)

Classic Spaghetti (P75)

Peanut Butter Company's Classic Spaghetti is a must-try! Never knew that spaghetti and peanut butter is a great combination The rich and creamy peanut butter and the tasty and meaty sun dried tomato sauce made this dish a perfect 10! Nutty, Creamy and Meaty goodness all over!

Looking forward to try their other pasta creations and sandwiches on our next visit. Will definitely be back! :)

Since I was a kid, peanut butter was my favorite. And even until now in my senior age, I still dig for peanut butter. It is very delicious. However, Peanut Butter company is a different thing. It bears that name, but it has a lot of yummy, delicious foods in store inside. I like those foods. My mouth is watery.
